Abstract

The objective of the study is to improve the management policy and effectively exploit the national reserves that have not been used at full capacity. The study was carried out by collecting secondary data from the Department of Reserves Management (General Department of State Reserves); simultaneously reviewing all relevant legal provisions on this issue. The research evaluates the status of policies and laws on the management and use of under-exploited national reserves, thereby proposing solutions to improve mechanisms and policies for effective management and exploitation of the national reserves and practicing extravagance avoidance in the management and use of public assets.
