Abstract

In recent years, despite complex and unpredictable global and domestic economic situation, the world economy has been recovering unevenly and unsustainably; inflation has been rising rapidly; financial and currency markets have been volatile, with many underlying risks. However, under the leadership of the political system and the determined guidance and management of the Government, along with the consensus and concerted efforts of all levels, sectors, and localities; the agreement, support, sharing, and active participation of the people, business community, the economy and society have maintained growth, social security, macroeconomic stability, and inflation control; state-owned enterprises have continued to grow and play a significant role in the national economy
