Abstract

The restructuring of state-owned enterprises, with a focus on state-owned groups and corporations, is an important solution to enhance the efficiency of stateowned enterprises (SOEs) in asserting the role of SOEs in leading and driving economic development. In recent years, mechanisms and policies regarding the privatization of state-owned enterprises have been continuously amended, supplemented, and improved to create a legal basis for accelerating the pace of privatization, divestment, and minimizing the loss of state capital and assets in the process of restructuring state-owned enterprises. Therefore, the process of privatization and divestment of state capital in enterprises has experienced multiple positive changes
