Abstract

The equitization of state-owned enterprises (SOEs) is a bold step in Vietnam’s general economic renovation and specifically in reforming SOEs. For more than 30 years of implementation with various successes and failures, from a sensitive and complex activity, the equitization of SOEs has proven to be a correct policy of the Party and the State.
