Abstract

Public real estate assets are vital for state management and the operation of public service units and stateowned enterprises. However, due to various factors
such as changes in planning and organizational structures, the demand for real estate use fluctuates, requiring thorough review and reorganization to
ensure strict management, economical use, and effective exploitation of these resources. This article evaluates the real estate reorganization efforts since 2007 and proposes solutions to accelerate this process.
