Abstract

The world is facing increasingly complex and negative impacts of climate change. The green economy has become an inevitable trend for countries to achieve economic growth while maintaining environmental sustainability, and Vietnam is not exceptional. The World Bank forecasts that climate change will reduce Vietnam’s GDP by 3.5% by 2050. In this context, developing the green economy has been a priority for the Party and State from the early years of the renovation period with certain successes.
