Abstract

In recent years, the corporate bond market in Vietnam has developed rapidly, gradually becoming an effective capital mobilization channel for businesses, helping to alleviate the capital pressure on the banking credit system. However, the Vietnam’s corporate bond market remains relatively low in size leaving substantial room for growth in the future compared to the potential and the market scale within the region. To ensure the efficient and safe development of the corporate bondmarket in Vietnam, a comprehensive set of solutions needs to be implemented.
