Abstract

The advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and digital transformation has significantly influenced the Government’s and Ministry of Finance’s direction in applying information technology in areas such as serving citizens, businesses, internal management, and particularly in “reporting activities”. The goal of “simplifying reporting procedures” within stateadministrative agencies is a key focus. This is an important orientation set by the Government to target at administrative reform in the management and operations of state administrative agencies in recent years.
