REMARKS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF VIETNAMESE PRIVATE SECTOR

Abstract

The year 2016 is considered an important milestone in restarting the private sector by a series of guidelines and policies launched by the State as
well as ministries and industries focusing on the private economic sector. The spirit of “Tectonic state” with the main axis “Acting Government” is becoming the guideline for all actions of the central and local authorities. The development of the private sector has shown the efforts of the Government and ministries, industries and localities in building a transparent business environment. This is the foundation for the prosperity of the private sector in 2018 and the following years.
