Abstract

In the context of the complicated development of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Government has identified a "dual objective" that focuses on implementing measures to prevent and control the pandemic, and in the meantime recovering and developing socio-economic. Accordingly, fiscal policy is flexibly, actively managed, closely coordinated and synchronized with other macro policies, contributing to removing difficulties for production and business and promoting growth. By analysis and overview of financial and budgetary operating results; in an effort to implement fiscal policy in 2020 and the first 6 months of 2021, the article identifies some challenges and recommends solutions for the coming time.
