Abstract

With the attention and direction of the Party and State, over the past time, the issue of environmental protection in Vietnam has achieved initial results. However, mechanisms and policies on environmental protection are still overlapping and inconsistent, while sanctions for violations of environmental pollution activities are not strong enough ... In order to overcome these shortcomings and limitations as well as provide policy suggestions for Vietnam on environmental protection,
the article summarizes experiences in developing capital sources to support environmental protection projects of the German Federal Environment Fund and the Romanian Environment Fund.
