Many domestic and foreign studies have proven that the existence and success of service businesses depend on customer satisfaction about the quality of services they provide. Training and fostering civil servants and public employees is also a type of service provision, but the target audience of this type of service is special. The article explores the factors affecting the satisfaction of civil servants with the quality of training and fostering at training institutions under the Ministry of Finance, on that basis, proposes solutions to help training and fostering institutions under the Ministry of Finance to improve and raise the quality of training and fostering.
