Abstract

The supreme supervisory function of the National Assembly plays an important role in the operation of the National Assembly. In particular, the National Assembly's state budget supervision is to ensure that the law is strictly and effectively implemented, demonstrate the power of the State, through monitoring and implementation of congressional oversight conclusions. Researching on the National Assembly's authority to supervise the state budget, the article proposes a solution to perfect the law on state budget supervision of the National Assembly.
