Abstract

The application of information technology and digital transformation of the Vietnam Social Insurance industry has achieved positive results in the past time. However, in order to further facilitate organizations and individuals when participating in transactions with social insurance agencies, in the coming time, Vietnam Social Security will continue to promote digital transformation toward a modern professional operation, suitable to the requirements of the new situation.
