Abstract

Issuing corporate bonds is one of the capital mobilization channels of enterprises. Vietnam's point of view is to develop the corporate bond market to support various types of businesses in mobilizing capital for production and business, reducing dependence on bank credit channels. Accordingly, over the past time, the legal framework for corporate bond issuance has been completed by the regulatory bodies to suit the development of the market in each period, enhancing publicity and transparency in the process of raising capital from corporate bonds.
