Abstract

Over the years, the corporate bond market has recorded positive developments, meeting the capital needs of businesses. Although the legal framework on corporate bond market is regularly improved, in line with international practices, and to enhance publicity and transparency, there are still some problems that need attention in practice. For example, at present, there are corporate bond issues with a volume much larger than issuer’s equity, the majority of bonds’ collateral assets are real estate, future projects or corporate shares... The risks in the corporate bond market shall be analyzed and some suggestions and recommendations shall be proposed for investors when participating in this market.
