Abstract

In recent years, implementing the Government's resolutions on the main tasks and solutions for both pandemic prevention and control, as well as socio-economic recovery and development, the State Bank of Vietnam has taken the proactive, flexible monetary policy management. At the same time, credit institutions also boosted capital mobilization, expanded safe lending, and restructured debt for customers facing difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It is forecasted that in the coming time, the pandemic will continue to develop complicatedly, continuing to affect the production and business of businesses and people's lives. In that context, the issue of mobilizing and investing capital for economic development becomes even more urgent.
