Abstract

Exchange rate always has a relationship with economic growth, especially trade balance. The change of trade balance due to exchange rate fluctuations is an important and fundamental issue in macroeconomic policy. For Vietnam, studying and discussing the exchange rate policy in the period 2008-2020 and proposing solutions to improve the exchange rate policy with the aim of improving the current import and export situation has very important meaning.
