Abstract

Public investment plays an important role in sustainable economic growth and development in countries. Public investment focuses on building socio-economic infrastructure to help improve infrastructure, attract domestic and foreign private investment, create jobs, transform economic structure and increase social welfare. The article discusses the concept of public investment and proposes some contents to improve the policy and legal system on public investment in the coming time.
