Abstract

Since the establishment of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), the need to conduct cooperation in the field of law has existed. From legal cooperation, countries in the region aim to further harmonize laws, however, this process faces many challenges. The article analyzes the legal harmonization of some ASEAN member states in the field of e-commerce, thereby making recommendations.
