Abstract

The development of artificial intelligence (AI) and computer science techniques have provided the opportunity for major improvements in today's banking operations. Along with this development, fraud in banking activities is becoming increasingly sophisticated. In the context of safety, security and fraud prevention being a top priority, it is necessary for Vietnamese banks to apply new technology platforms such as AI in product and service development to protect the interests of customers and banks. The article studies issues related to the application of AI in fraud detection and prevention at banks and proposes some recommendations.
