Abstract

In recent years, knowledge economy has become a priority in the development strategies of many countries, both developed and developing. For Vietnam, in order to continue to improve its potential, role and position in the international arena, developing a knowledge economy is an inevitable trend, ensuring our country's rapid and sustainable development, realizing the goal to 2030. This article discusses the general problems of the knowledge economy in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and proposes some solutions to promote knowledge economy in the new context.
