Abstract

With a population of over 100 million people, and relatively wide coverage of internet and telecommunications infrastructure, Vietnam is considered as one of the countries with a good digital economy development rate in the ASEAN region. However, Vietnam is also facing challenges in legal corridor, technology infrastructure, and human resources to develop the digital economy... The article assesses the situation of digital economy development in Vietnam in the current period in the past time, thereby proposing policy implications to promote the development of the digital economy in Vietnam in the coming time.
