Abstract

Environmental protection is an issue that most countries particularly concern and make great efforts to implement. In Vietnam, environmental protection and green growth is a major policy identified in multiple medium and long-term development strategies and schemes. To achieve the goals of environmental protection and green growth, it requires an effective combination of different policies, in which financial policy is indispensable.
