Abstract

Development of market economy is an inevitable trend of the social life. Vietnam operates market economy in the form of a socialist-oriented market economy, complying with objective laws, sticking economic with social and human development goals, thus, the management role of the State is even more important. In the new context, with the strong impact of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, especially the unpredictable fluctuations of the world economy and politics after the COVID-19 pandemic, economic development faces great opportunities as well as challenges. In such context, to develop the market economy in Vietnam, it is necessary to implement multiple solutions synchronously.
