Abstract

Recently, the Prime Minister has assigned ministries, industries, and localities to review the inadequacies of the law on public investment, difficulties and problems arising for projects using public investment capital during the past time and has proposed amendments and supplements to specific documents. The article discusses issues related to the current shortcomings of the law on public investment, thereby making recommendations.
