Abstract

Bidding and selection of bidders of units under the Ministry of Finance have been strictly implemented in the past time, in accordance with the law and procedures promulgated by competent authorities. Inspection and supervision are also strengthened to ensure publicity and transparency of bidding activities. This article reviews the bidding, inspection and supervision activities conducted in the finance sector and proposes recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of this work in the coming time.
