Abstract

In the past time, with the support from the Socio-Economic Recovery and Development Program (according to Resolution No. 43/2022/QH15 of the National Assembly, Resolution No. 11/NQ-CP of the Government), and with the effective coordination of fiscal and monetary policies, Vietnam’s economy has recovered positively. Especially, fiscal policy with the focus on exemption, reduction and extension of multiple taxes, fees, charges, and land rents implemented over the past 2 years, has helped businesses and business households recover and develop. In the coming time, there are still many obstacles for the economic recovery, requiring further coordination of fiscal and monetary policies to realize economic recovery and development goals.
