Abstract

In response to adverse effects during and after the COVID- 19 pandemic and global geopolitical changes, countries around the world have continuously applied measures to stabilize their economies and create the drivers for the economic recovery in both the short and long term. Among these measures, fiscal policy plays an extremely important role. Many “unprecedented” fiscal measures have been crafted and implemented by countries around the world in recent years including Vietnam.
