Abstract

Saving and combating waste are paid special attention especially in the management and use of public offices, state budget and public welfare utilities; the management and use of state capital at enterprises; the production and consumption of the people. This article analyzes the public asset management experience of the US, UK and Japan, on that basis, proposing experience to improve the efficiency of public asset management in Vietnam.
