Abstract

Vietnam has been heading towards trade liberalization and international integration in all aspects. Along with that is the rapid movement of the flow of commodities, vehicles, and passengers across the border gates. That context requires the customs authority to pay more attention to reform and modernize the management method to meet the requirements of trade facilitation and control customs laws compliance. To meet the above requirements, along with the implementation of the Customs Law 2014, since 2006, Vietnam Customs has applied risk management in customs procedures for import and export goods. .
