Abstract

On May 20th, 2022, the Prime Minister signed and promulgated Decision No. 628/QD-TTg approving the Customs Development Strategy until 2030. The content of organizational apparatus reform and development, human capacity building is one of the eight major contents defined in the Strategy. This is a continuation of the achievements during the long process of Vietnam Customs reform, development, and modernization, especially the implementation of the Customs Development Strategy for the period 2011-2020. Reforming and developing organizational apparatus, and developing human resource usually play an important role throughout the development history of Vietnam Customs.
