The goals by 2030 are to build a system of advanced, compact, effective, empowered, and capable tax agencies to enforce tax laws, provide taxpayer-centered services, develop professional human resource; develop professional and innovative human resources to meet tax administration demand in the context of digital economy, and in line with the trend of international integration.
