Abstract

2022 was the year when the real estate market fell into recession with multiple difficulties and problems with the capital flows including corporate bonds and real estate bonds. Whether 2023 is a pivotal time for the real estate market or not depends on multiple factors. One of them, however, is the growth and stability of capital flows - and again, the role of real estate bonds. This article provides a perspective on this issue.
