Abstract

After nearly 40 years since opening and reforming the economy, the attraction of capitals for investment and development has always been an imperative demand, in which the attraction of foreign direct investment (FDI) is always important, FDI also plays a leading role to support domestic businesses, industries and sectors. In fact, over the years, the rate of FDI investment in Vietnam has been growing, the investment activities in Vietnam have become more and more in-depth without decreasing dynamic and quality. This article focuses on clarifying some contents of FDI: the ‘stand’ for real estate enterprises today.
