Abstract

Recently, there are some laws that have been amended, supplemented, and newly promulgated such as: Law on Construction, Law on Management and Use of Public Assets, Law on Investment, Law on Enterprises, Law on Public Investment, Law on Investment in the form of PPT, Civil Law, etc. There are also multiple contents related to the Law on Housing 2014 that have been amended and supplemented. This leads to a lack of consistency in the provisions of the current Law on Housing with related laws. To ensure unity and consistency in the legal system, the Law on Housing 2014 needs to be amended.
