Abstract

In the past time, legal documents on fees and charges have been applied quickly and timely to meet the demand for quality and progress in providing continuous fees and charges collecting services. However, during the market development process, there have been regulations that need to be amended and supplemented on fees and charges to address the existing limitations. The Draft decree of the Government instructing provisions of the Law on fees and charges has been announced publicly by the Ministry of Finance and received feedbacks and comments from communities to harmonize with other laws and regulations and to address existing limitations and adequacies.
