Abstract

In recent years, the Customs sector has been actively implementing information technology in state management. Particularly, in response to the Government’s requirements for administrative reform and increased information technology application, the General Department of Customs has made significant  progress in information technology application. However, beside the achievements, there are still limitations and  challenges in the application of information technology
and digital transformation in customs administration. Therefore, the General Department of Customs needs to further enhance the application of information  technology, with a focus on digital transformation to realize the goal of digital customs.
