Abstract

The National Single Window (NSW) mechanism facilitates the connection and information sharing among Customs authorities and specialized management agencies. NSW serves as an integrated environment where data and information are processed centrally, and decisions are made based on a system of standardized
and synchronized procedures and interfaces. It establishes a unified information exchange between various government agencies. This enables specialized government agencies to share standardized information and documents with NSW for joint utilization. Consequently, the Customs authority obtains the
necessary information to make final decisions regarding customs clearance, the release of imported or exported  goods, relying on the decisions of relevant government agencies that are promptly transmitted according to the regulations for providing public services.
