Abstract

Non-cash payments are an inevitable trend in the global commercial and economic development. Vietnam has been grasping this trend and has achieved notable initial successes. However, in additional to the achievements, non-cash payments in Vietnam still face certain limitations. Therefore, there is a need for measures to further promote the development of noncash payment services in Vietnam’s economy.
