Abstract

In recent years, the FDI attraction of Vietnam has  obtained positive results, significantly contributing to the socio-economic development. However, this process stil faces certain limitations and challenges, such as slow administrative procedures, approval and  licensing documentation, a shortage of skilled labor, particularly in the field of information technology, and some taxation and investment incentives inadequacies. This article evaluates the current status of FDI attraction and proposes various solutions to enhance FDI inflow into Vietnam in the near future
