The real estate market is one of the most important markets with a significant position and role in the economy. It has direct relationships with financial and monetary markets, construction markets, building material markets, labor markets, etc. Instabilities in this market are not just a concern for the real estate sector itself but also for the macroeconomic stability of the economy. This article clarifies the current issues in Vietnam’s real estate market and its impact on the macroeconomic stability.
