Abstract

This study focuses on formulating optimization problems for enterprises, the Government, and households in managing capital, labor, and offering policy implications to address and minimize the damages caused by extreme climate conditions. The authors examine three optimization problems for the Government, businesses, and households based on constraints involving global economic relationships and interest rates. Using this foundation, the authors derive behavioral equations, capital and labor trajectories adhered to by the Government, businesses, and households to maximize their respective objectives.
