Abstract

Under the impact of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, digital transformation has become an inevitable trend, a matter of survival for countries, organizations, businesses, and individuals worldwide. Digital transformation affects all aspects of social life, various industries, professions, and businesses. In the race towards digitization, only those countries and
economies that can adapt and proactively engage will be able to survive and develop. This article, utilizing qualitative research methods, summerizes literature and reports on the current state of policies promoting digital transformation in Vietnam, as well as some achievements during the initial phase of implementing the National Digital Transformation Strategy.
