Abstract

Social welfare policies are a major focus of the Party and the State, aimed at caring for individuals and promoting human happiness. They are significant driving forces to motivate the creativity of the peopleand target at socialism. Over the past decade, social welfare policies have contributed to the development of the country, political stability, and social cohesion, reinforcing trust in the Party and the State. In theupcoming period, it is essential to mobilize additional resources to implementing social welfare policies,  meeting the requirements for building and protecting the country.
