Abstract

Vietnamese private enterprises have made significant contributions to the economic and social development in recent years. However, this sector still faces numerous difficulties and challenges during development process due to various institutional, managerial, and human resource quality issues. This study focuses on assessing the current situation of Vietnamese private enterprises,particularly from the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak to the present. the author also identifies the challenges and difficulties faced by this sector at present and in the future, providing recommendations to foster the development of private enterprises in the next period.
