Abstract

Looking back at 2023, the global and domestic economy and finance faced numerous challenges and unpredictable fluctuations. In this context, beside notable development and achievements, the Vietnamese financial market also revealed some limitations and encountered certain risks. With the objective of ensuring that the financial market provides capital safely, transparently, efficiently, and sustainably to stabilize the macroeconomic situation and mobilize resources for socio-economic development, the article identifies some “bottlenecks” in the financial market and offers recommendations to strengthen the healthiness of the Vietnamese financial market.
