RESEARCH IMPLEMENTATION DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IN ENERGY AND MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT IN MANUFACTURING ENTERPRISES

Abstract

In this paper, steps for manufacturing enterprises to implemente digital transformation in energy and maintenance management have been given. They need to monitor continuous the status, offering solutions to energy saving, implementing improvement of maintenance and efficiency assessment of these solutions through the indicators that study released such as: Energy baseline (EnB) and Energy energy performance indicator (EnPI), Mean time between failure (MTBF), Mean time to repair (MTTR), Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to achieve the plan and the policy set by themselves.
