THE SHORT-TERM LOAD FORECAST MODEL USING LONG – SHORT TERM ALGORITHM

Abstract

In this paper, a short- term load forecast model using the Long Short–Term Memory (LSTM) algorithm is described in detail. This is one of load forecast methods based on the Artificial Neural Network (ANN). The input data using in this research is the load data of Taiwan, collected from 01/6/2014 to 30/6/2014. The load forecasting result using LSTM model is compared to the result obtained from forecasting model using the Back-Propagation Neural Network (BPNN) algorithm show a visibly better efficacity
