Abstract: In secondary schools, professional teams play an important role in management, improving the quality and effectiveness of teaching and learning of a school. Therefore, managing activities of professional teams in a school was important and required special attention. In this paper, the author evaluated the current situation of managing professional teams and suggested measures to improve the performance of professional teams in secondary schools of Vung Tau City, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province.
